George and Venera were amazing! They made it feel like such a homely place to stay and made us feel very welcome. It was a nice change to stay in a family-run place rather than a commercial hotel. Venera would cook us something different for breakfast every day – even some Bulgarian specialties which was great. Location was good – half way between the Old Town centre and the gondola up the mountain but also nice and quiet. Great stay…we will be back!

Nice, comfortable room with big windows and lots of light. Large and comfortable bed. The room temperature was great all of the time. Especially liked the etno style diner. The breakfast was great and diverse. The owner is very friendly and want’s to make sure everything is ok. Absolutely recommended.
Beautiful & Cosy Place To Stay! Beautiful woody place to stay! Best central location! Had a cosy room with balcony with amazing mountain views! Get rooms facing the little pedestrian street with little creek. Can really recommend this place to stay whilst you are in Bansko! Lovely owners!
Лучший домашний отель! Отличный домашний отель, находится в “тихом” центре на соседней улице от Главной улицы Банско, до подъемника минут 5-10 спокойным пешком. Свежий ремонт в номерах (очень много деревянной отделки, создающей уют), мягкие кровати. За счет тишины улицы хорошо высыпаешься. Вкусные завтраки и супер-баня! Наверное лучший домашний отель в котором удалось побывать. Спасибо огромное хозяевам, Георгию и Венере, за теплый прием!

Very nice and cozy hotel! Clean room with lovely furniture in alpin style and equipments. You feel very comfortable there. Friendly owners, homemade breakfast! One of the best places in Bansko to stay!
Although the location is close to the main pietonal street, its surroundings are quiet. The owner and his family are very welcome and seam that he put passion into creating this place and he was always available to help.
